Nicole and Josh got married at the family cabin on the Blaeberry River in Golden B.C. They spend a lot of time working and playing from the cottage in the winter. Josh proposed to Nicole on the deck while they were enjoying their morning coffee. This place became that much more special to them and they decided it only made sense to get married in the mountains beside the Blaeberry River.
Nicole and Josh wanted to make sure they had enough time for photographs and with a later ceremony they decided to do a reveal and portraits before their guests even arrived. We were blessed with partly cloudy skies and turquoise water falls. These two love to adventure and their back yard is one magical place after another. We spent some time dancing around the rocks at Thompson falls, a very busy location on a long weekend. I appreciate all those who were such graceful bystanders. Back at the cabin the love birds relaxed while the guests arrived.
The idilic ceremony was at standing room only capacity. I really liked the informal half moon that formed around around these two as they read their vows. The two fur babies even got to be apart of their special day. Trotters catering was busy on site whipping up a family style spread while the guests enjoyed drinks by Good Libations Mobile Bar. The dance floor was set up and ready for the after dinner celebrating which I am sure got a lot of action.
Beautiful photos
Enjoy working with you.
Thank you Sandra, it is always nice to see you.
