Jenna & Brad @The Columbia Wet Lands Outpost

Jenna and Brad had their dream wedding planned last year but like so many couples their life got turned up side down. Now at just over a year from the original date they chose their closest family and friends to have a quaint celebration at the Columbia Wetlands Out Post.

The Out Post was the perfect location that could accommodate everyone and have a lovely location to have the ceremony. Jenna had informed me of the bridal switch and how Brads brother was doing the first reveal. This definitely took Brad by surprise and set the tone for the rest of the day, very fun. The ceremony got everyone misty eyed and the live stream was going so those who couldn’t be present still got to be a part of the day.

Jenna and Brad didn’t realize what the Columbia Wetlands had to offer as far as locations for portraits. So we went to the docks to check it out. I knew what to expect however Jenna was a little hesitant at first, and fair enough no one wants to fall in a river in a huge wedding dress or thousands of $$ in camera gear. She was very brave with Brad helping her with the dress and lots of encouragement from me she managed the swinging bridge like a champ and was able to enjoy the location. Wind and moody sky’s made for great captures. The cake was made by Cakes by LoloAnne .

Jenna and Brad laugh a lot. They were really fun to capture. I had to make a little slide show of Jenna being Jenna and the Joy she brings.

“I wasn’t even sure I wanted to spend the money on a photographer for a small wedding but I am SO glad that I did. Amy was the most amazing photographer I could have imagined. She was so much fun to have as part of our day, and convinced us to take photos I would have never thought of but they turned out amazing.
