Carole and Simon traveled from the UK to get married on top of a mountain in Canada in January. To some folks this might seem like an incredibly risky venture with lots of logistics. But not for these two. Mt 7. in Golden B.C. was the location. Golden being the home of their very close friends and Mt 7 where they would spend time riding their bikes together. So it was only fitting that the ceremony be at the trail head over looking the Columbia valley. We were fortunate to have such a stunning day in January and an amazing wedding planner at Golden Dream Weddings to make it all happen. Our flight to the top of Mt7 with Whitetooth Heli was smooth an scenic.
Surrounded by the mountains and witnessed by their Canadian family and daughter Harper, these love birds recited their personal vows. A few giggles and a couple tears completed this unique and unforgettable ceremony.
Carole and Simon were staying at the cozy Mount 7 Lodges where they had a dinner catered by Columbia River Catering Co. The beautiful greenery was put together by Golden flower Co. These arrangements were thoughtfully hardy to last a helicopter ride and and freezing temps.
