The Beaver foot Lodge is nestled in the B.C. Rocky Mountains just east of Golden. Justine and Jeremy chose the location for its stunning views and rustic charm. With family coming from Alberta it was the perfect midway point for these outdoorsy folks. The couple reside in Revelstoke with their very sweet two year old son Benn. The morning of September 3rd a light dusting of snow graced the peaks in the nearby Yoho National Park. A rain washed over the valley just before the ceremony, it cleared as Benn walked his Mom down the isle. The couple was surrounded by adoring friends, loving family and the emerald Beaverfoot river that flows by then wraps around the field. The celebrating continued with two roast pigs that awaited the hungry guests at the timber frame pavilion that was deck out with sparkly lights and huge smiles. After the garter toss spirits were beginning to rise that is when I headed out. I am certain there were many stories told and much laughter around the fire, while the smores were being made.
